Reviews are important, whenever I have a request from a drop in (B2C) who just needs a one off edit or becomes direct client of mine, I ask for a google review. It's not in my nature to ask for reviews for agency or photographers whom I regularly liaise with as those jobs tend to be white label and under cover.
